Welcome to Clementine Catering—where Southern tradition meets culinary excellence in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky.

Our story begins with Steve Clements, a Kentucky native whose passion for cooking was nurtured from a young age. Growing up in a close-knit family in Clementsville, Kentucky Steve spent countless hours in the kitchen with his parents, perfecting cherished recipes like chicken and dumplings and canning vegetables from their backyard garden. This early immersion in Southern cooking laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong dedication to the craft.

Inspired by his rich culinary heritage, Steve went on to open restaurants around Louisville. After his three daughters were grown, Steve moved on from restaurants and founded Clementine Catering. Over the years, Clementine Catering has become a Louisville staple, known for its heartfelt, delicious dishes that embody the warmth and hospitality of Southern cuisine.

The next exciting chapter in our story began when Steve’s daughter, Grace, joined Clementine Catering after a fulfilling ten-year career as a teacher. Grace is bringing a fresh wave of energy and creativity to the family business. Her passion for cooking, combined with her skills in design and her knack for creating memorable experiences, has infused Clementine Catering with a vibrant, new spirit.

Grace’s background as an educator has contributed a unique touch to our catering service. Her meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach ensure that every event is not only delicious but also visually stunning. From elegant presentations to thoughtful touches, Grace’s creativity elevates our service and makes each occasion truly special.
